Cases where customers are supported to innovate:

– Item has technical defects and manufacturer’s fault.

– Item was damaged during transportation.

– The delivered goods do not match the model and type that the customer has ordered.

– Item delivered is missing accessories.

If you encounter the above cases, please do not receive the goods and ask the delivery staff to confirm the status of the machine on the spot and request a return. Or the customer must immediately report the defective item to us within 15 days from the date of receipt for support to change a new product, after 15 days, we will not support to resolve complaints because the customer has by default agreed with the delivered product.

General conditions for exchange policy:

– One-to-one replacement for devices sold within 15 days if there is a problem due to a manufacturer’s technical error.

– Full packaging, box, no scratches, dents, external damage, broken …

– Full accessories included.

– Full retail invoice and warranty card of the store.
